  • “I’ve had great results with acupressure treatments and so wanted to find a good tool that I could use at home to achieve similar results without having to go somewhere for a treatment. I had been looking for a good marma mat for some time and most of the ones on the market are made of plastic and in my opinion are usually too sharp or too dull and poorly made. This marma mat is just right, it’s made out of wood which I love. It’s made in the US, sustainably and an added bonus looks pretty so I’m able to leave it out on my living room and walk on it daily. It gives me energy and soothes problem areas in my body! Also, gives my feet a wonderful massage! Totally recommend! I’ve tried other marma mats and honestly this is the best one I’ve ever tried!”

  • “Walking on the wooden marma mat gives you more energy and wakes you up if you're tired. Things are clearer and I feel more relaxed. No tension or anxiety. It's almost like you are floating not walking. It's as if you're having your own acupressure treatment. On the tennis court I'm quicker with more stamina. Helps cure plantar fasciitis. The meridians become alive or awakened. I exercise to keep my muscles, bones and heart healthy. I do crossword puzzles to learn new things and to keep my brain healthy. I walk on my marma mat to exercise my organs and internal systems to keep them healthy. My personal daily routine is 200 stomps 4 times a day. I'm 76 years old and I love my marma mats.”

  • "I’ve been using the silicone mat for a year now and I lay on it whenever I have a back ache and will even sleep on it to find relief. I’ll heat it up in the oven and use as a heating pad on my stomach too. Sometimes I even put it in the freezer to use as a cooling pack. The wooden mat is amazing! It was torture at first. It’s like walking on Mount Everest, I’ll walk to the peak of it and back down, so that the pokey middle of the mat is in the arch of my foot and then my heel and toes. It’s extraordinary and then I’ll hop into bed and feel tingly all over and fall asleep. I have plantar fasciitis and every day I wake up and walk on the mat in my pajamas and that's how I start my day. It's better than coffee. I actually don’t have plantar fasciitis anymore and I attribute a lot of that to marma mat. ”
